Estimated Shipping Time

All orders are shipped on Express Service with delivery times of 3-7 days. All shipping times are given as estimates- specified by the Courier.

Packages usually reach their destination in the time range mentioned but can occasionally take longer.

Order Processing Time

JOURNEY understands that getting your items quickly is important to you, so we make every effort to process your order quickly.

Orders typically ship the same day or within 1 business day from the time your order is received. Please note that weekends do not count as a shipping days.

Tracking Info

Orders ship with a tracking number. The carrier and tracking information is emailed to you once your shipment has been completed.

Taxes & Customs Duties (International Orders)

Customs policies vary from country to country. International shipping costs do not include any possible import taxes or customs duties/fees associated with collection. The recipient is responsible for payment of any duties or taxes including any fees incurred. Failure to pay customs/duties will result in your package being deemed undeliverable.
